Description

Duties:

9 yr old Child with Down Syndrome & Type 1 Diabetes Aide in classroom at homeschool co-op Tuesdays & Fridays in Staunton.

In-home tutor/aide at home 1x per week in Fishersville.

Duties include assisting in self-care, monitoring blood sugar and administering medications. Outdoor play and active learning encouraged.

Requirements:

• Experience with working with children encouraged, familiar with Down Syndrome a plus.
• Will train in monitoring and managing Type 1 Diabetes.
• Over 18.
• Background Check.
• Show References.
• Need Own Transportation - Location in Staunton/Fishersville (Augusta Co)
