Description
Duties:
The main role of the Window Worker is to provide the best possible customer service to our patrons in a polite and efficient manner. Shifts will be spent at the window taking customer orders, entering them into the cash register, collecting payment, learn to scoop ice cream, and making ice cream products (cups, cones, sundaes, banana splits, frozen coffees, smoothies etc.) When there are no customers at the window, your secondary role is to assist the Shift/Location Lead in keeping the store well stocked and cleaned.
Requirements:
- Prior cash handling.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Prior employment or volunteer experience.
- Must work a combination of day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Complete 6–8-week training period.

$12.50 - $13 plus tips

Specific hours
11am-5pm or 5-10pm Sunday - Saturday. Open 7 days a week.
Duration of position
Year Round - Will work with class/break schedules.
