Duties:

Harrisonburg & Bridgewater 24/7 Fitness is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our long-standing crew! This is more than just a front desk job — we’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and deliver excellent customer service.
- Sell memberships and promote our services with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
- Multi-task effectively — from answering phones to managing check-ins and maintaining daily routines.
- Stay proactive and productive without constant supervision.
- Support a positive gym culture for all members.
Job Requirements:
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-minded with a friendly, approachable personality.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of fitness and gym equipment is a plus.
