Duties:

Harrisonburg & Bridgewater 24/7 Fitness is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our long-standing crew! This is more than just a front desk job — we’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and deliver excellent customer service.
• Sell memberships and promote our services with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
• Multi-task effectively — from answering phones to managing check-ins and maintaining daily routines.
• Stay proactive and productive without constant supervision.
• Support a positive gym culture for all members.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales-minded with a friendly, approachable personality.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of fitness and gym equipment is a plus.
• Looking for a stable, long-term position (many of our team members have been with us 5+ years!)

Requirements:

Customer Service Skills, Ability to work during the summer, Availability to work some Saturdays.
