The 21st Birthday program is a unique way to support student well-being by empowering students turning 21 to consider their personal expectations and intentions for this milestone birthday.
Thanks to a generous donation from the JMU Bookstore, students who participate may select one item from a variety of JMU branded apparel and accessories.
The program only takes about 10 minutes, and can be completed online!
How do I participate?
During the academic year, students receive an email from Well Dukes two weeks prior to their 21st birthday, inviting them to participate in the program. If you have a birthday over summer or winter break and you'd like you participate in the 21st birthday program, email welldukes@jmu.edu prior to your birthday and request to participate.
After completing a brief online module, students are invited to visit Well Dukes and select one JMU branded item, generously donated by the JMU Bookstore. This gift is offered in appreciation for completing the program and in celebration of their birthday.
