Anna Robinson is the Presidential Engagement Fellow in Constituent Engagement. She is from Newport News, Virginia. Anna graduated in May of 2025 with a major in communication studies (plus a concentration in public relations) and with minors in creative writing; writing, rhetoric, and technical communication; and Honors Interdisciplinary Studies. Anna was recognized as the SCOM Outstanding Student at graduation. During her time as a student, she was involved with Phi Beta Kappa, Lambda Pi Eta, the Communication Center, Terror Management Lab, Bluestone Communications, and the JMU Marching Royal Dukes. 

Anna brings a wide skillset built and developed from all the aforementioned activities to her position with Constituent Engagement. This position gives her an opportunity to interact from the other side, and has made her more appreciative of the work that went on "behind the scenes" when she was a student. Anna has a passion for research and loves to learn, aiming to absorb as knowledge as she can from the world around her. This fellowship is her way of giving back to the university that gave so much to her. Those constituents are going to be engaged beyond belief. Just you watch.
