QM-Certified Courses
QM-certified courses have been reviewed by a team of QM-approved Peer Reviewers and determined to have met the Quality Matters course design standards as outlined in the Quality Matters Rubric. Courses are usually reviewed by internal Peer Reviewers in an unofficial "trial" review before being submitted for official review.
The following JMU courses have been certified as having met the standards in the Quality Matters Rubric and can carry the QM Course Certification Mark.
QM-Certified Peer Reviewers
QM-Certified Peer Reviewers are experienced online instructors who have successfully completed the QM Peer Reviewer course and are prepared to review courses for alignment with the Quality Matters Rubric. QM-Certified Peer Reviewers can serve as reviewers for internal "trial" reviews, and, if approved by QM, as external reviewers for official reviews that can lead to course certification. The asterisks indicate those who have been approved by Quality Matters to serve on official external review teams.
