Due to construction delays, normal public hours for the Mineral Museum are suspended for the Fall 2026 semester while we move into new spaces.
We anticipate a return to regular hours (MWF 1-4pm & the second Saturday of each month) at the start of the Spring 2027 semester (Jan. 20th, 2027)
Group tours (by advance appointment only) may be available by contacting Dr. Eric Pyle at pyleej@jmu.edu
