Establish a Coordinated University Structure for Responsive Partner Service and Improved Project Management

JMU seeks to be the first call when organizations across the Commonwealth and beyond have opportunities to pursue or problems to solve. This initiative establishes a coordinated partner navigation model to make it easier for them to connect with the university, engage with the right expertise, and move projects forward. It establishes a clear single point of entry, a coordinated intake and referral process, and a network of university liaisons.
The coordinated structure will also improve institutional visibility into partner needs, emerging opportunities, engagement activity, and outcomes.
