Nora joined the Office of Economic and Community Development within REDI in June 2023 in the role of Economic Development Specialist. In this role, she engages with JMU and community stakeholders, provides oversight on special initiatives, supports the University Economic Development Council, facilitates partnerships with external organizations and promotes communication among university partners involved in economic and community development.

Nora joined JMU in 2018. Prior to REDI, she served in various capacities in University Advancement. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Georgia, a Master of Arts in History from West Virginia University and a Master of Public Administration from James Madison University. She brings to REDI experience in non-profit organizations, local government, and higher education, and a collaborative approach to university-based economic development.
