The Center for the Advancement of Sustainable Energy
The Center for the Advancement of Sustainable Energy (CASE) focuses on research, education, and outreach to advance sustainable energy deployment by providing energy-related services to a wide variety of stakeholders including local governments, state agencies, landowners, non-governmental organizations, businesses, and academic communities.
Madison Center for Community Development
The mission of the Madison Center for Community Development (MCCD) is to support the growth of strong, just, and healthy communities through action research and participatory program evaluation. MCCD is a regional resource for partnerships that build and sustain high impact and evidence-based programming.
Northern Virginia Technology Council

Shenandoah Valley Partnership
The Shenandoah Valley Partnership (SVP) works with public and private partners at the local, regional, and state level to develop an economic climate for business success throughout the Shenandoah Valley. Through regional cooperation, the SVP brings together business, government, and education leaders to attract new business to the area, help existing businesses expand, and guide strategic workforce development to grow and sustain a healthy economic future for our region.
Shenandoah Valley Small Business Development Center
The Shenandoah Valley Small Business Development Center (SV-SBDC) advises, trains, and informs small businesses to help them achieve success. The SV-SBDC is one of 27 centers across Virginia providing professional business advice, training, and information resources to help grow and strengthen local businesses.
Shenandoah Valley Technology Council
The Shenandoah Valley Technology Council (SVTC) serves to cultivate a vibrant ecosystem where technology practitioners and companies can connect and flourish. SVTC champions education, collaboration, and growth within the Shenandoah Valley’s tech community.
Virginia Clean Cities
The Virginia Clean Cities program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy in accordance with the Energy Policy Act of 1992. This legislation’s express intent is to ensure national energy security by reducing dependence on imported petroleum products. The Clean Cities program was chartered to help achieve this objective by promoting alternative fuel use in the transportation sector.
