2023-2024 Approval Cycle for Changes Effective for 2024-2025
To be included in the 2024-2025 catalog, C&I proposals must be fully approved (i.e. through all previous approvals plus the 2-week university review and Associate Vice Provost review) by the following dates at the latest:

| Summer 2025 | Friday, March 1, 2024 | Friday, March 22, 2024 |
To meet these deadlines, it is strongly recommended that the initial submission to Curriculog be entered by the dates below to meet approval deadlines:
- Fall semester 2024 - November 1, 2023 at the latest
- Spring semester 2025 - January 3, 2024 (Undergraduate); February 1, 2024 (Graduate) at the latest
- Summer 2024 - September 29, 2023 at the latest
- Summer 2025 - October 4, 2024
For new programs or any changes that require Provost Curriculum Conference Review, CAP, BOV and/or SCHEV approval, the timelines will be extended significantly (up to two years for some programs or actions). See additional information on new program approvals.
