Bio:

Zach is a sophomore mathematics major and is on our program support team. He is in Alpha Phi Omega and photography club! Zach’s favorite thing about working at CEVC is the positive and encouraging work environment at CEVC. He says he feels supported to attempt new tasks, ask questions, and learn from mistakes or past experiences. Since participating in CEVC, Zach says that the office has changed his lived adulthood. He originally participated in Dukes Making a Difference with little to no confidence that he would be staying at JMU due to his social anxiety. But though DMAD, he found friends, a community, an on campus organization called APO, and the list goes on. Zach says that the snowball effect on his life has been tremendous, and to put it lightly, engaging with CEVC has set up the rest of his college career.
