This Graduate Assistant (GA) is responsible for all components of the co-curricular community service programs (this may include FWS, America Reads, Madison Community Scholars). They provide critical support to the community engagement process including connecting students, student organizations, and community partners as a whole. They develop, facilitate, and support student development and reflection efforts.

Bio: 

Kim earned her B.A. in Communications at Elon University, with a minor in Psychology and Leadership Studies. Prior to joining CS-L, she enjoyed a 12-year career in marketing in Miami, Florida. After shifting her professional focus, she has set her sights on a career in counseling and is currently pursuing her M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at James Madison University. Outside of work, Kim enjoys running, jigsaw puzzles and getting to know Harrisonburg with her husband and pup, Snoopy.
