Spotswood High School

I have a degree in Biology from Bridgewater College and began teaching twelve years ago.  I have had the privilege to teach AP Environmental Science, honors-level Human Anatomy and Physiology, and Biology/Advanced Biology.  I am also the Chesapeake Bay TELL Mentor Teacher for Rockingham County Public Schools.  I love to ignite student curiosity and foster a true love for science and the outdoors.  I am excited to implement my experiences from the Chesapeake Bay Classrooms and many other collaborative learning experiences with my students.

Outside the classroom, I cherish the moments spent traveling to new places, nurturing my garden, and practicing yoga.  Each day, I strive to instill in my students a passion for learning, just as I continue to embrace my journey of discovery.
