Morgan McCown is a community-focused leader with more than a decade of experience in public engagement, operations management, education, and community outreach. Her work has centered on building inclusive programs, strengthening community partnerships, and improving access to resources across nonprofit, educational, and public-sector environments. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to build meaningful relationships, foster collaboration among diverse groups, and create environments where people feel heard, valued, and connected. Morgan strongly believes in building bridges between individuals, organizations, and communities, and she values the power of positive communication as a foundation for trust, understanding, and lasting impact.

Morgan holds a Master of Arts in Management & Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Park University. Her educational background reflects her passion for understanding people, strengthening organizations, and creating systems that support both individual and community well-being. In addition to her formal education, she has completed professional training in Lean Six Sigma, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and digital accessibility, further supporting her commitment to inclusive leadership, effective communication, and continuous growth.

A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Morgan values the discipline, resilience, and servant leadership that continue to guide both her professional and personal life. She is also accompanied by her service dog, who plays an important role in her advocacy for accessibility, inclusion, and awareness.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys building relationships within her community, supporting initiatives that strengthen communication and connection, and encouraging others through compassion, leadership, and service. Morgan lives on a cattle farm in Rockbridge County with her husband and four children and enjoys reading, working out, and camping in her spare time.
