Why did you become an ambassador? To be more involved in the IT community at JMU, and feel more connected to the students and faculty who make up and support the major.

Why did you choose IT? I chose the Information Technology major because I'm interested in cybercrime and networking and want to learn more about the industry.

What do you enjoy most about IT? Being able to work and connect with others no matter if we're struggling or having fun.

What is your favorite class? Information Security and Privacy because I find the different methods of security interesting.

What clubs, student organizations, or activities are you involved in? Cyber Defense Club, Latinx Student Alliance, African Student Organization, and the Black Student Alliance

What is something you love to do outside of class? Play Intramural soccer with my friends.

What is your favorite spot on campus? The Den and I love their avocado chicken burrito.

What advice would you give to a prospective student? Get involved around campus and get yourself connected to the community, and really find your people who can support you throughout your college journey.
