Minor: Art

Why did you become an ambassador? I wanted to be more involved in the community that makes JMU’s IT major so welcoming and appealing. I wanted the opportunity to share my experiences, connect with other students, and help new or prospective IT students feel like they have people they can go to for advice and support.

What do you enjoy most about IT? The strong support system from faculty, advisors, and peers within the IT major.

What is your favorite class or project? I've really enjoyed IT215 & IT333 Intro & Advanced Networking

Have you had an internship, study abroad, or research experience? Currently, I work part-time with the Fairfax County Public Schools’ Department of IT.

What clubs, student organizations, or activities are you involved in? On campus, I’m active in the Madison Business Society and serve as an IT Ambassador.

What is something you love to do outside of class? I enjoy building home servers, film and darkroom photography, and driving cool cars.
