Assessment Cycle: Our seven-step model guides educators through a systematic process for improving student learning. With accessible resources and practical examples, we help faculty and staff build strong assessment habits that lead to meaningful change.
Graduate Programs: We offer a Master's program in Quantitative Psychology and PhD program in Assessment and Measurement. Graduate students work directly with CARS faculty and clients, applying advanced techniques to real-world assessment challenges.
Undergraduate Internship: We offer an undergraduate internship where interns work closely with faculty and graduate students on real research projects, gaining experience in both assessment practice and scholarly inquiry.
SCHEV: The State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) is the state agency that oversees higher education in Virginia. Colleges and universities report to SCHEV to ensure compliance with state policies and educational standards.
