June 15 - July 10 Schedule:

    • Mondays: Cycle Fitness 12:15-1:15pm
    • Tuesdays: Dance and Sculpt 5:30-6:30pm
    • Wednesdays: Body Sculpt 5:30-6:30pm
    • Thursdays: Kickboxing 12:15-1:15pm

July 13 - August 16 Schedule:

    • Mondays: Cardio Dance Party 5:30-6:30pm
    • Tuesdays: Cycle Fit 12:15-1:15pm
    • Wednesdays: HIIT 5:45-6:30pm
    • Thursdays: Body Sculpt 12:15-1:15pm

Registration for Group Exercise Classes opens at 6:30am the day before the class and closes 15 minutes before the class begins. The only classes that will be visible on URECregister.jmu.edu will be current ones open for registration!
