UREC offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes to meet different fitness levels and different interests. Classes range from Cycle, Yoga, BOSU, Boxing, to Worldbeat Dance. If you enjoy the group atmosphere, there is a class waiting for you. View the weekly schedule!
UREC offers many programs for those who are new to this type of group fitness class and/or exercise programs. Also, many group fitness classes during the first seven weeks of each semester are "101 Programs" and serve as an introduction to weekly group fitness classes.
