Register Now!UREC's Fitness Center can help you get on track with a personal health program. All fitness levels are welcome to walk-in and workout!

Exercise modifications are provided to meet your personal fitness level. With numerous cardiovascular machines, two complete lines of Cybex equipment, Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment, dumbbells and free weight equipment, the fitness area offers something for everyone.

UREC offers drop-in TRX Training. No registration necessary.
