W-2 Reprint Information
2007 1042S'/W-2's were mailed from James Madison University on Thursday, January 11, 2008.
If you do not receive your W-2 at your permanent home address within a reasonable amount of time, you can take the following steps to obtain another copy:
- Notify Payroll Services, preferably through email
(payroll-operations@jmu.edu),
that your W-2 has not reached your permanent address. List in the email
your name, last four digits of your social security number and your current permanent address that
should be on file.
- We will return an email immediately to you to let you know if your original W-2 was returned to us by the post office or if we did not have an accurate address for you.
NOTE: Any address corrections will need to be done in writing (through letter or secured email) or in person here in the Payroll Services Office to insure confidentiality of information.
If your W-2 was returned to us, we will re-mail the W-2 to your corrected address or you may pick it up from our office at 1031 S Main Street.
If your W-2 was not returned to us, we will re-print your W-2 and mail it to your corrected address or you may pick it up from our office at 1031 S Main Street. Re-prints will be done on at least a weekly basis once original W-2's are mailed out.
Should you have any questions, you can call our office at 540/568-6233 or email us at payroll-operations@jmu.edu.
