department!
Warehouse Hours are 8:30 a.m. — 4:00 p.m. Mondays through Friday by appointment only.
- Contact the Surplus Property Coordinator (SPC) at extension
x86931 or send an e-mail to colopyma@jmu.edu to schedule
a warehouse appointment. Provide the day and time you prefer to
meet. Directions to the warehouse will be furnished upon request.
- The SPC will confirm your appointment over the phone or via
e-mail. Typically, appointments are scheduled in thirty minute
intervals to minimize trips to the warehouse. Please notify the SPC
in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
