Fixed Assets Mission Statement

Our staff is responsible for managing the University's fixed assets, which includes land, buildings, improvements other than buildings, construction in progress, and equipment and currently use the fixed asset system, Assetmaxx.

Directions:  From Memorial Hall, travel North on
Rt.42 (North High St.) for approximately 1.5 miles
(North High St. becomes Virginia Avenue).  The
building is on the right (old Shenandoah
Manufacturing building).  Turn in at the North
end of the building (JMU Warehouse sign). 
The entrance door to Surplus is between the
dock doors.
