Fixed Assets Mission Statement		       WE'RE LIVE ON SUNFLOWER!

The Fixed Assets and Surplus Property Office has converted to new fixed asset software, SUNFLOWER SYSTEMS , to replace our prior system, AssetMaxx. Departments should have received new Sunflower inventory reports.  We are working on the new procedures for inventory scanning and will resume our physical inventory verifications soon.  Thanks for your patience!

Our staff is responsible for managing the University's fixed assets, which includes land, buildings, improvements other than buildings, construction in progress, and equipment and currently use the fixed asset system, Sunflower Enterprise.

Directions:  From Memorial Hall, travel North on Rt.42 (North High St.) for approximately 1.5 miles(North High St. becomes Virginia Avenue).  The building is on the right (old Shenandoah Manufacturing building).  Turn in at the North end of the building (JMU Warehouse sign).  The entrance door to Surplus is between the dock doors.
