To reconcile your small purchase charge card in PeopleSoft you will need to fill out an IIS Access form and sign up to attend the Finance 8.8 Credit Card Reconciliation class, course number IIS204.  You can sign up for the class in J-ESS.  Each month you will need to fax to AP, fax number 568-8920, the small purchase charge card coversheet by the 15th of the following month.  You may also fax in the purchase log to AP; the descriptions help to give clarity to what your purchases are.  If you are unable to complete your reconciliation in PeopleSoft during the time frame set each month, you will need to complete an ATV to move those charges out of the account line 130900 and into the correct account.
