The Assessment Improvement Report Template is the reporting template used by departments within Student Affairs. The organization of the template follows the stages of the assessment cycle. Completed reports are due at the end of April each year and are rated using the Student Affairs Assessment Improvement Rubric. Departments submitting reports will be provided feedback on how to improve their assessment.
