Description

Duties:

Simple math calculations for yield, mixing and forming bread dough. Show up to work three afternoons/evenings a week. THIS IS A YEAR-ROUND position. NOT SEASONAL. Micro bakery will depend on you and be a key-holder after training. This is a great way to exercise your mind and body, plus participate in the local food production economy, making top-quality breads. Great gig for an independent person.

Requirements:

• Repeated lifting of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 6 hours continuous.
• Be able to read and understand English.
• Do simple math with calculator.
• Accurately follow recipes.
• Be productive and cross utilize time to be efficient, systematic, and clean as you go.

Sunday: 2-8pm Tuesday: 2-8pm Thursday: 2-8pm.
