Description
Duties:
Perform inspections of apartments, condos, town homes and homes to document condition at move out and move in. Test Keys, run errands, check vendor work while the turn is being performed.
Requirements:
- Must have a driver's license and a clean record.
- You may need to lift lighter weight items.
- We are hoping to find someone detailed oriented and a multi tasker.

Additional Information:
Hours will vary. Some weeks we need more hours depending on our move in and move outs. We can find other admin work if you need more hours. We typically have inspectors work through the school year if they have time.
