Duties:

Local Realtor seeking a detail-oriented, creative college student for part-time help with newsletters, social media, brochures, and general marketing support.

Tasks may include:

• Creating and editing Canva flyers/brochures
• Assisting with social media content
• Helping with email newsletters
• Light admin/marketing organization

Requirements: 

Ideal candidate:

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiar with Canva and social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Organized, dependable, and creative
• Interest in marketing, communications, design, or real estate is a plus
