Description
Duties:
We need coverage during standard working hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) on Tuesdays and Thursday starting in mid to late September through Dec 15. If you have any full days or half day slots when you are available, kindly let us know. We are willing to fill these times with more than one babysitter and fill in any gaps as necessary. My wife works from home and will be present for any emergencies (and for nursing). Duties would include typical babysitting tasks: keeping her safe (safe sleep)! Also, taking her on walks in a stroller (not a requirement – only if you want to!); putting her down for naps; playing with her; changing diapers; bottle feeding her, etc. Candidates can apply through e-mail. Requirements:
A safety-minded mentality is a must for our squirmy baby! Infant CPR preferred. Must have own transportation (though we live very close to Memorial hall on JMU campus). Must be COVID vaccinated, up to date on TDAP(these last 10 years) and will get the flu shot when available.
