Description

Duties:

We are a JMU faculty family looking for a part-time care provider for our 20-year-old son who is on the autism spectrum. Looking for two students, one to work Mon/Wed 3-5 PM and one to work Tues/Thurs 3-5 PM. Beginning Jan 20. You would pick him up at his day program in Harrisonburg and hang out with him until 5PM. Our son is friendly, easygoing and fun to hang out with. He enjoys playing with toys, playing games and listening to music.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Fun and energetic, calm and patient.
• Able to engage our son in fun activities like board games.
• Willing to complete a criminal background check.
• Clean driving record.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to certify (we will pay for it).
