An exhibition dedicated to creating space for designers and creators producing work about motherhood, womb-bearing bodies, reproductive journeys, and living childless by choice.
Reproductive care is universal. Whether you care for a child or not, these experiences are part of human existence. While these events are universal, they are also universally politicized. Themes related to motherhood, motherly bodies, and reproductive journeys, do not often find a place in design research. The exhibition pushes boundaries between art and design by focusing on individual reproductive journeys and social, revealing that design has a role in shaping individual experiences, improving collective outcomes, and connecting communities.
