Roger Soenksen has a Ph.D. from Ohio University, a M.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. He teaches courses in communication law, free speech, legal communication, and introduction to media arts and design. His research interests focus on First Amendment law.
