JMU’s Pre-Law Program is a four-year process of exploring and developing your talents and interests with the guidance of a network of advisors who can offer valuable insight through each step of the process: exploring a legal profession, preparing for law school, applying to law school and choosing a law school.

The Pre-Law program is not a major or minor at JMU. There are no courses or requirements. Individual advising is the main component of the Pre-Law program. The program is available to current JMU students and alumni seeking to study law.
