A Vision Team is a small group of JMU stakeholders whose job will be to form strategies in support of the strategic plan’s pillars. Vision Teams address a specific area of the strategic plan draft, developing strategies to achieve an outcome, considering possible strategies for implementation challenges, or recommending revisions to the current ideas.

Descriptions for the Vision Teams and a list of co-chairs and current team members are listed below. The Vision Teams are still in the process of being finalized and rosters may be updated over the coming days. Thank you for your interest in the future of JMU!
