Idea Forums were open to all JMU faculty, staff, and students interested in shaping the university’s future. These 90-minute, facilitated sessions were designed to spark ideas to inform the development of JMU’s next strategic plan. Each forum was led by President Jim and the strategic plan co-chairs, offering a unique opportunity for the campus community to engage directly with the new president in exploring how JMU can build on its momentum and contribute meaningful solutions to challenges at the local, state, and national levels.
