Student Leadership and Involvement has created the Strengths Coaching program to help you become the best version of you possible. The program is simple. It works like this:

  1. You will sign up to talk with a coach based on your schedule matching up with the coach's schedule.
  2. You will meet with the coach and discuss your goals and aims for participating in the coaching program.
  3. You will complete the CliftonStrengths assessment and receive a personalized, uniquely customized report providing you with insight and perspective about your own strengths.
  4. You will continue meeting with your coach for at least two more sessions, possibly more depending on your interest and the work you want to do.

The entire experience is based on your availability, your interest, and the work you want to do. Your strengths development journey will help you uncover new insights about your own abilities. You will be able to talk confidentially with someone who can provide perspective, challenge you with hard questions, encourage you through the work you are doing, and help you be accountable to the personal goals you set for yourself.

Your highly trained and qualified strengths coach will:

  • help you focus on doing more of what you naturally do best
  • work with you to understand your strengths and weaknesses and how to manage both more effectively
  • support and encourage you through your strengths development journey
