Please contact businessservices@jmu.edu for questions about your duke card, including deposit and refund requests.
How much money can I put on my duke card?

Duke card renewals are now required once per year. Duke cards without active renewal contracts will be terminated, and the funds will be forfeited to Business Services. Please note that Business Services will attempt to assist you with either renewing or terminating the duke card contract before the deadline so that your funds can be returned to your department instead of forfeiture.
