Wayne Tice is a talented multi-instrumental woodwind artist, educator, and composer. With a passion for performing various music styles, he brings a unique flair to every performance.
Wayne is a founding member of the Analog Jazz Orchestra, a 17-piece big band that has performed with Joe Lovano, Joe Fiedler, and Kenny Rampton at the famous venue, the Falcon, in Marlboro, NY. Wayne's professional career includes 20 years performing with the United States Military Academy Band, aka "The West Point Band." He has performed around the world showcasing the saxophone performance repertoire and shared saxophone pedagogy in Beijing, Sweden, and Canada. He has been a featured concerto performer at the World Saxophone Congress, at Frederick Fennel's 50th anniversary of the wind ensemble, at three North American Saxophone Alliance Biennial Conferences, and at the World Association of Symphonic Bands and Ensembles.
