A Message from Director, Dr. Margaret Sloan

Hello Friends, 

On the eve of 2022, thank you for joining us in taking a few moments to remember, re-connect, and celebrate a few SSLS highlights of the past year as well as share some exciting events on the immediate horizon. We continue to be proud of SSLS current students, alumni, faculty, and staff, and greatly appreciate the camaraderie and support from our home base in JMU’s College of Business. We are also tremendously grateful as well to our advisory committee, donors, partners, and all of you who encourage the work we do each day. 

I hope you will enjoy reading the SSLS news as much as we have enjoyed making it happen, and I invite you to share our enthusiasm for what is to come. 

From all of us in SSLS, we wish you and your loved ones peace, prosperity, and health in the coming year!  As we enter 2022, may we all lead well!
