Exercise Physiology Curriculum Overview
This program leads to the M.S. degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise physiology.
The following core curriculum is required for all students:

Students are also required to complete one of the following tracks:
Thesis Track (required to compete 33 credits for graduation):
- KIN 700. Thesis (6 credits)
- Electives in consultation with advisor (6 credits)
Non-Thesis Track (required to complete 36 credits for graduation):
- KIN 681. Internship in Exercise Science (3-9 credits) OR
- KIN 697. Directed Research in Kinesiology
- Electives in consultations with advisor (12 credits)
Note: KIN 681 credits exceeding 3 credits can be counted towards elective requirements.
Students are also required to choose from the following electives (or others if approved by academic adviser): Thesis Track – 6 credits or Non-Thesis Track – 12 credits
