Quarterly Campaign #4 - Mindfulness

During the 4th quarter, we work towards slowing down and being in the moment.  This campaign focuses on stress reduction, mindfulness and awareness of our mental and emotional health.

 The Mindfulness Campaign encourages participants to find a variety of ways to be present in their daily lives. During the campaign, we will schedule activities that promote the practice of mindfulness and send weekly emails with upcoming events and suggestions that may help you in your journey.
