Scholarship for Excellence in Spanish

Awarded each year in the spring semester.

Application Deadline: March 1
Scholarship winners notified in April

Requirements

• Declared Spanish Major
• Cumulative 3.5 GPA in Spanish courses
• Write a 1-2 page statement of purpose in Spanish explaining how the scholarship funds will be used
• An original essay or project in Spanish
• Applicants may include other materials relevant to the selection process.
• Letters of recommendation will not be considered, as this is a blind selection process.
