Congrats, grads! Make sure you're prepared for your commencement ceremony by downloading and transferring your tickets. To manage your tickets, please read the instructions below.

DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKETS: Make sure you have your tickets downloaded into your digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Pay) prior to arriving. Mobile tickets can be downloaded direct to your mobile device (or transferred) by logging in here.

TRANSFER TO GUESTS: Remember to transfer your guest tickets — multiple tickets may be on one device if guests are arriving together. We do not recommend forwarding the ticket delivery email in lieu of transferring, as this may lead to duplicate tickets and your guests may be denied entry.

HOW THE TICKETING PROCESS WORKS:

Tickets will be e-mobile tickets. All tickets must be downloaded to their Apple Wallet or Google Play prior to arriving at Atlantic Union Bank Center. You can have all six tickets on one device, however all guests need to enter the arena at the same time.

A barcode will not be displayed, rather the ticket will say "Hold Near Reader" for contactless entry.

Children (5 years and younger) do not need a ticket if they are sitting on another guest's lap. However, if a child will need their own seat they will need to acquire a ticket.

All guest tickets are general seating.
