Towson University
Jillian Fry joined the Department of Health Sciences at Towson University in 2019. Her research focuses on improving sustainability and health in the food system. She is redesigning HLTH 451: Introduction to Environmental Health to promote: critical thought, assessment of evidence, and engagement with policy options to address environmental health issues.
