Shae brings over 18 years of service at James Madison University to the Engineering Department. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Organization Management from Eastern Mennonite University, and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology and College Student Personnel Administration from James Madison University. Shae’s areas of expertise are in student support and supervision, advising student organizations, mentoring, DEIA committee work, and mental health advocacy.
