Organization and Leadership

The IPE and IDE Council was established by the Dean of the College of Health and Behavioral Studies in 2018. The Council was formed to facilitate the understanding and implementation of interprofessional and interdisciplinary education, research, and practice, and considers ways to strengthen CHBS IPE and IDE offerings so that faculty and students can acquire and demonstrate mastery of interprofessional competencies.

The IPE and IDE Council includes college-wide representation from each academic department and the Institute for Innovation in Health and Human Services. Each department or unit across college identifies a person to serve on the Council.

The Council is chaired by Dr. Linda Plitt Donaldson, Associate Dean, College of Health and Behavioral Studies and Director, Institute for Innovation in Health and Human Services.
