The current estimated delivery time from date of order is 6-8 weeks. We recommend selecting in-store pickup as your delivery method. We'll notify you when your computer has arrived and is ready for pickup.

We are required by Dell to verify that you are an eligible JMU student, faculty, or staff member before we can process your order.

To avoid processing delays, please include your JMU ID number (JAC Card) and JMU email address (@dukes.jmu.edu / @jmu.edu) in the "Any special instructions for us?" field on the final check out screen of your order.

If you select ground shipping, a charge will show in your cart, but we will waive the shipping fees when we process your order.
