A Day of Community Conversations Advising Conference

All JMU faculty and staff who serve in an advising function are invited to attend the Day of Community Conversations advising conference at JMU on Wednesday, February 28th, 2024. The conference theme for this year is “Technology-Enabled Advising.” This development opportunity is hosted by the ARC Network and co-sponsored by University Advising, CFI, JMU Libraries, the Advising and Support Center in the College of Business, and the Education Support Center in the College of Education.

This day is an opportunity to share, celebrate, and learn as a community of dedicated advising professionals and elevate the function of advising at JMU. The conference will be a one-day event including a guest panel, concurrent sessions, and other activities with the goal of enhancing advising knowledge and community for faculty and staff while also increasing the effectiveness of our advising programs.

We look forward to an exciting Day of Community Conversations conference. Check out the event website for more details and registration information. See you in February!
