Announcements

  • The DEADLINE for submitting domicile reclassification applications is Sunday August 25, 2013 and UBO will be open from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. that day. The application must be received at UBO by this date for consideration for the spring semester. The application is available under the ?Residency Requirements? section below, along with information of Code of Virginia eligibility.

  • Student bills for the Fall 2013 semester are available on QuikBILL. Bills will be due August 30, 2013.

  • 1098-T tax forms were mailed and will be available by January 31st. Visit our 1098-T page for more information on these forms.

  • As of July 1, 2009 the Commonwealth of Virginia has passed legislation requiring late fees to be placed on past due balances owed to the University. The late fee is three percent of the balance due.
