Workshop Description: Think Santa’s job is easy?  Think again!  From motivation and communication issues, to reindeer recruitment and red wagon production problems, Santa’s got a REALLY tough job.  Discover how Santa meets these never-ending challenges and you too can get big things done in your workshop all year long.  After all, to survive and prosper, your team, department and JMU must be able to achieve big things each year and you can’t get those big things done without effective leadership.  In this workshop, participants will:

  • Learn eight leadership secrets and twenty-four leadership actions
  • Use the leadership secrets and actions as guides to evaluate yourself and your team/department/organization
  • Create an action plan to implement the eight leadership secrets and twenty-four leadership actions
